Katherine Sun is an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). 

Her research focuses on how social identity and daily conversations (self-disclosure, identity signaling, and negotiations) shape interpersonal outcomes in organizations. She received her Ph.D. in Management from Columbia Business School.
