Katherine Sun is a post-doctoral researcher in Management and Organizations at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Her research focuses on interpersonal interactions such as conversations, negotiations, and advocacy through cross-cultural and social identity lenses. She studies these situations in online contexts (surveys and live interactions) and in the field (surveying participants in Central Park) while using diverse methodologies such as multilevel modeling, text analysis, and reverse correlation.
Katherine completed her undergraduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles, in Psychology and Economics and earned her PhD from Columbia Business School in Management.Â
